Trailer Curtains

The potential audience of truck curtain advertising is very high and great value when compared to static billboard advertising. The cost of a single static billboard for one month is roughly 3 times the cost for a set of graphically detailed truck curtains that could last for many years.
Standard & pocketed tension curtains
The standard curtain is the most popular curtain seen on our roads, and is constructed from using 900gsm panama pvc material, with pvc coated webbing welded onto the rear of the curtain. We reinforce the top of the curtain, buckle line and reinforced the bottom hem to protect against the side rave of the vehicle. Standard buckle spacings are 600mm and a variety of curtain buckles are available.
The pocketed curtain is constructed with individual polyester webbing straps running in an open welded pocket on the inside of the trailer curtain. The curtain is secured at the top by a wire waisted ring & roller, webbing to secure the webbing strap to the buckle and a strap with a closed rave fitting at the bottom of the curtain. Buckle spacings are normally 600mm.
Anti slash security curtains
Wire Mesh - This system consists of steel wires, which are welded to the inside of the side curtain. Different square patterns of steel wires are available up to a height of 180 cm from the bottom of the curtain. On the outside, the wires create the impression of a tight, robust steel net, the appearance of which itself acts as a deterrent. The system is extremely flexible so that the ease with which the curtain can be used remains at a very high level.
Sio-Steel - A grid pattern of 100mm x 100mm, constructed from 4mm wide flat stainless steel strips is introduced to the inside curtain face, with a third covering layer of 630gsm PVC coated polyester covering the grid. Protection heights are offered at either 900mm, 1200mm or 1800mm.
EN XL rated curtains
XL Rated trailer curtains are manufactured to a higher standard than normal trailer curtains. The curtainsides themselves must be manufactured in a specific manner and from certain materials to conform to EN-12641-2. These include vertical webbings with 2400 daN breaking strength, buckles positioned at a maximum distance of 60 cm and four horizontal 1300 daN webbing strips.
Digitally printed curtains
We can liaise with your graphic design team, providing artwork planners and offering technical support. Alternatively we have a team of graphic designers who can provide a full design service to turn your ideas into images.
We can also offer curtains that are painted in a specially formulated flexible paint, this provides extra durability and protection to the curtains. Corporate graphics and their details can be painted into the curtains and still is a cost effective option for simple design.
