Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged or incorrect you have 14 days (from receipt of the goods) to contact us for arrangement of collection and return. Upon our receipt and review of the goods, we will either:

  • Offer a full refund (including postage and return charges) through the same payment method used upon purchase
  • Offer and exchange for the goods ordered (if available). We are are responsible for standard shipping costs.

If the goods you receive develop a fault within 30 days, you may be entitled to a replacement but not a refund. In this case, you should contact us within 30 days of receipt of the goods to arrange return and collection.

If a fault develops after the 30 day period, the item is then subject to conditions of it's warranty and may be eligible for repair or replacement.

If you change your mind about purchased goods, you have a 14 day “cooling off” period to inform us of your decision, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us. It is your responsibility to pay for return postage. Full refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of our receipt and review of the goods, and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that any additional costs, such as express delivery, cannot be refunded.

Please note, goods which are custom made may be ineligible for return, at our discretion.
